They were really super duper busy I only wanted a large Dr. Pepper and large fry .. Also I needed to use the restroom . I had to wait about ten minutes to get in the bathroom stall because there was a line. But the restrooms were in good condition well stocked and tidy . Then almost no wait at all to order my food . The poor cashier helped me count out my change cause I was slumming this evening. He was a good sport about it though. Thanks . By the time I filled my drink up they were calling my number for my food.. I couldn't ask for better timing. So I was in and out in a flash . The bathroom was the longest part of the journey. Then I had a small struggle maneuvering my way out of the parking lot. So all n all it was a good stop.

We went there for the play place. First time taking the kids. It was bigger than at other places but did need some cleaning. They have a smart table that projects colors when you touch it and a few screens where they kids can play games. The food was ok. The fries were over baked, super crispy, almost burned. They were out of sweet tea and ketchup and had no idea. The restroom smelled very bad and was dirty. But, the staff was super courteous and nice. Great customer service!!!! Yes, we are going back!

I give them 5 stars! I ordered a Hot Moca with Carmel Drizzle around 7pm and it tasted so fresh and good. I will be coming here instead of Starbucks!

The McDonald's on Gessner and Westview consistently impresses, but our recent visit was exceptional thanks to Loreal. Though she wasn't the manager, she was clearly in charge during a busy rush, handling everything with remarkable efficiency. The restaurant was clean, and our food was incredibly fresh—hot burgers, crispy fries, and perfectly chilled drinks. Loreal’s leadership made for an excellent and seamless experience. We'll definitely be back to this excellent location!
